Apple Unveils iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max with A19 Pro Chip and Advanced Cameras

Apple today, Tuesday, September 9, in Cupertino, California, unveiled the iPhone 17 pro and iPhone 17 pro max, both featuring an electrifying new design and powered by the A19 pro chip. The A19 pro chip uncovers an advanced camera system, next-level mobile gaming and Apple intelligence.


The iPhone 17 pro and iPhone 17 pro max reveals a large leap in battery life and comes with three 48MP fusion cameras — main, ultra wide, and an all-new Telephoto — along with an 18MP Center Stage front camera that takes selfies to a groundbreaking level.


New video features include ProRes RAW, Apple Log2, and genlock, built with pro filmmakers and content creators in mind.


The front cover of both models features the Ceramic Shield 2, offering 3x improved scratch resistance that protects the back of the phone. Available colours includes Deep Blue, Cosmic Orange, and Silver.


The eSIM only iPhone 17 pro and iPhone 17 pro max will be available in Bahrain, Canada, Guam, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the U.S., and the U.S. Virgin islands.


The iPhone 17 pro will come in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage option and it starts at $1,099 or $45.78/month for up to 24 months. The iphone 17 pro max will be available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage option and it starts at $1,199 or $49.95/month.


Pre-orders starts at 5:00 A.M. PT on Friday, September 12, will availability starting Friday September 19
