On App store, Neon claims that it pays $0.45 per minutes of phone calls made between Neon users and $25 for every successful referrals.It also stated that your personal information reminds anonymous provided that both persons are Neon users.

From the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, a press news was issued on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, regarding an investigation carried out by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Philippe Dufresine, and provincial counterparts in Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta into tiktok.
