Cloudflare Sponsors Ladybird Browser and Omarchy Linux Project
Cloudflare, on Monday, September 22, 2025, announced the sponsorship of two open-source projects: Ladybird and Omarchy.
Ladybird is an independent web browser that started as an HTML viewer for the Serenity OS project, and now supports Linux, MacOS, and other systems. Backed by a non-profit, Ladybird aims to build a fully independent browser from the scratch and targets are set for an Alpha release for early adapters and developers in summer 2026 on Linux and MacOS.
While Ladybird is funded entirely by sponsorships and donations, from people and companies, they seek for supports in exchange for displaying of logos on their website, as well as acknowledment in updates and social media.

Omarchy is an opinionated Arch Linux setup for developers that entails complexity and configurability.
